Cochins?

Someone is trying to give me a new roosters once I lost mine. They say they are cochins but they don't look quite right to me.
I'm not really looking on getting a rooster again yet but for curiosity's sake, what are these? I thought they where Langshans but I have nothing to compare size.

Perhaps Cochin crosses, but not pure Cochins. Perhaps Langshans, but the conformation doesn't look quite right to me.

I would say they're Black Marans most likely. Langshans tend to be pretty uncommon and should have more heavily-feathered legs than some of them have a distinct u-shape.

Yeah, they look to 'athletic ' to me, I associate cochins as feather balls with heads.
