No male saddle feathers on any of them. They are pullets, very close to laying eggs.

Please help.
We tried incubating our own eggs. The result was Hope. Despite being quite frail she's a real fighter and is now eating drinking as normal.
However now 2 weeks old, we have discovered she is a cock..we cannot have another cock, but my question is, WHATBIF WE HAD HIM CAPONISED.
Would this solve the problem, and if so, who do i to,,and what age should Hope be for the operation
