So sorry, its really hard to loss your beloved buddy
Umm about two months ago my little budgie was acting strange she was on the bottom if the cage and acting like she had a stroke, we put her cage under a hear lamp gave her millet when she got warm (that's a biggie if cold do not feed them there body's needs to be warmed up before food.) Then two days later she is running the cockateils off the sofa lol her name is Pebbles. Its to funny watch this tiny bird chasing the teils around
Robopetz, lol lets just say I have more, of teils, and my larger birds, lol yes I do have my hands full
I have two babys, one that will be pulled in a couple of days and the other about another week in half. But I love to raise them and make them the perfect pet for someone.
Yes, isn't it so much fun to raise them. They become such sweat birds. I get too attached though and don't wanna give them up. What other birds do you have?
Thanks, My little budgie keeps escaping her cage and bugging the tiels how can something so small scare away big birds like that! Also I agree with you Rob i got 2 chickens from my uncles school still babies and raised them all by my self all my allowance and hard work was put in to raise these bird. The rooster than began to crow. I got a letter from the municipal office saying that livestock was illegal and i had 40 days to give them up. I still never healed from that day i loved them so much it was like someone ripping out my heart. I gave them to a farm where theyll be safe But its been so many years i know they are gone. I always think of them and wish they were here. Nothing can fill that empty void. I remeber i used to sit in the coop and hug them while crying and they used to make these little cooing sounds. It hurt so much everytime to go to their coop. I miss them so very much and dont wanna go into detail or ill break. Love them now and always.
Oh I hope you guys are feeling better. Having the flu is never fun and you have to stay away from your pets. Its the worst. But have lots of sleep and soup. Oh and get a cut onion and put it next to you trust me it works like a charm.
Thats the second time I heard that lol put an onion next to your bed. Eating lots of soup.
my flock is fine just wondering why mommy isn't playing with them.
