I think that Polish is a roo if there is really red in the face. I think I see red. The shape of the crest doesn't mean much at this age, but Polish pullets don't get red growing wattles or v-combs until they are ready to lay.

You posted pictures while I was posting! Keep a close eye on those wattles...if they don't grow and don't get redder any time soon, then it's probably a pullet! It looked a lot more red in the first pictures you posted.
