Cockerel behavior

We have a lot of things in common here- I’m taking now 9 cockerels to a poultry swap this weekend also. Just waiting for my first eggs! Have you gotten any yet?
😳 that is a lot of boys! We only have 5 - 1 one year old rooster and 4 cockerels.
We have 3 pullets the same age as the cockerels. So far no eggs from them yet, but hopefully soon🤞

So we were planning to list some of our cockerels on the local FB group this weekend for re-homing. Today, however, one of the boys started chasing one of our hens around the run. It would be one thing if she were laying, but she is still in the middle of a heavy molt.😠
Is this an indication that his blood line should end or should he get a hormonal teenager pass and a chance with a new flock? He is 19 weeks old today.
He's young, most do that. Give the guy a pass. :D

Our main concern wasn't that he was chasing one of the hens, but that he was chasing the one with the hardest molt😒. He could have chosen one of the girls still laying, but instead chose poor half naked Nutmeg. So rude😂
