Cockerel Bully

We have a 15 week old rhode island red cockerel that has been pushing our pullets around. It’s mostly our isa brown that he chases. She’s scared of him! Every time the cockerel comes over she’ll run away from him. I also noticed that he’s started to pick on our other pullet, to the point where there’s a little bit of blood on her comb. We have two cockerels, but he’s not the more dominant one. I’m planning on getting rid of him in the near future, but is there anything we can do right now to stop this?

Separate him out. His hormones are raging, and he's just doing what many cockeral do without adult roosters to straighten him out.

i did that for most of the day today and our more dominant cockerel seemed to put him in his place when i set him back. thank you!
