Cockerel is wobbling and unbalanced!!! HELP!!!

It won’t hurt to leave feed out during the day. Some hens take a break from laying in winter during decreased daylight hours.

Probably one of the reasons. Chickens do slow down during winter but I've still been getting 11-14 ut of 16 a day. Food and water needs to aways be available.
