Cockerel or Hen?

I hatched 11 bielefelder chicks. I’m familiar that this breed is auto sexed by the White spot on the head being cockerels and the chipmunk stripe on back for hens. However; I’m a little confused about 1 chick since it does not have a white spot and i don’t see a definite stripe on the back?
Has anyone had this similar look?
I’ve posted a photo to see him or her on the right side of the photo.

I always thought the stripe referred to the eye-line. But I would guess pullet.
