Cockerel or pullet? Almost six week old Icelandic.

Looking for some insight into what people think this little Icelandic may be. I am hoping pullet, but I kinda feel like cockerel sometimes. What do you think?

Thank you all for your insights, I now know he is a cockerel. His wattles are coming in right now, and he is def a boy. If there is anyone here on Vancouver Island, B.C, Canada that would like an Icelandic cockerel. Let me know. I have two. They are almost 6 weeks old and I handle them daily. One guy is blue and the guy in this post. Thank you all again.
