Cockerel or pullet? And any idea on breed?

I just snatched up this baby when I saw him. He was being given away due to being very bullied in his flock.
He’s about ten weeks old and was marked as a he but the owner said she wasn’t sure, anyone got any ideas?
Also no clue on the breed, EE? Said he hatched from a green egg but he has white very slightly feathered legs.
Very very sweet baby, sits next to me when I’m out there

He looks like an EE. Depending if the EE was an Ameruacana or just a mix called an EE could be why he has feathers on his legs. Adorable cockerel though.

Well, judging from the fact he came from a green egg, I think it's enough to say he's not a pure ameraucana

If you've never owned an EE they are fabulous birds. their chicks are just a grab bag of fun too, rainbow of colors and features if you decide to breed.

I have a feeling it won't. Can't explain it, but I have a feeling. I also have a feeling he'll be handsome when he's all grown up
