Cockerel or Pullet??? California white leghorns

They are about 3-4 months old and I have not heard crowing. I can't tell if I have all pullets. I can't have any cockerels.

I have and breed White Leghorns and I see absolutely no sign of rooster there

3-4 months old or 3-4 weeks old? They look VERY young to be 3-4 months old. There is no sign of a rooster either way.
