I would not rule out roo just yet but I going to go with pullet.

The stance and look is pullet, but the coloring and the comb and wattles say roo.

I'm sticking with roo and hoping that Patrick is really Patty.

I vote pullet, maybe she will lay eggs earlier. I have been fooled by birds before thinking they were roos but ended up being pullets. The last one to fool me is a serama pullet who looks exactly like a rooster, big comb/waddles and even crowed! She began laying eggs at 4 months old.

I was going to say pullet until I looked really close at the tail pic. I think that I see some pointy saddle feathers coming in. Look an inch below the top and right before the tail part and that is where I see the pointy feathers at. I don't know if it is the angle of the pic but those really look like saddle feathers coming in.

Pullet. If her comb just started to get bigger then it's possible she's close to laying.
