So this is my 5 week old barred rock, it has some brown on the front and grey markings down it's legs.I am really hoping this is a pullet, but am having my doubts. Anyone wanna give me some hope? I already have a 9 week old rir cockerel.

Looks like a cockerel to me, too. :( Not quiet sure why, but something about the face makes me think male? The legs also look a bit thick. My BR pullets don't have faces like that, but a few of them do have pretty big combs and long tail feathers.

Thank you so much for your replies... even though I wanted to be told I was wrong and it could be a pullet☹️
So I'm brand new to this is it gonna be impossible to have 2 roosters with only 3 hens?

It's a cockerel.

Two cockerels and only 3 pullets is likely going to be a less than ideal situation. It's possible the cockerels will fight over the small number of females you have; not great for the males. It's possible they may get along great but run the pullets ragged with their constant mating, or even gang breeding them; not great for the females. Even just one male for a small number of hens can be an issue.

Since this is your first flock I would suggest you get rid of both cockerels and stick with a hen only bunch for now.

agree totally with Keesmom. A rooster can handle 10 hens, less and they may get physically damaged from being overbred.
