Hard to tell but from the one close up face it kind of looks like Araucana

It is an olive Egger...

My vote is also cockerel. He’s gorgeous.

I guess wait for the crow, the pointy hackles, the saddle, and the long tail feathers to appear, and then you’ll know for sure it’s a cockerel. But based on the comb and wattle development I say cockerel.

You should know for sure after 16 weeks.

I’m still leaning cockerel but if your plans for it are the stew pot, I’d wait. If that’s a pullet you could end up with some unique egg color.

Got a pic of it at about 6 weeks?
Comb color should tell the tale.
Even now it looks to be a male.
10 weeks is too young to show any gender specific hackle or saddle feathering.
