cockerel or pullet

hey everyone, I know we've been through this a few times however its been 5 months, ive heard no crow, he/she looks big and different (more developed) and makes different sounds/ tone of voice to the rest however no spurs and no crows. he is a Plymouth tock.

Ive attached photos of herb (the chicken I think is a cockerel) and one photo of Mary definitely a pullet so you can see the difference in development besides having been born the exact same day.

Spurs don't develop until much later. Do you have a rooster or another cockerel?

definitely a cockerel. He's got the right coloring and the right feathering for a boy.

cockerel. If you have an older roo - cockerels will NOT crow in the presence of one. They could get a sound thrashing if they do.
