I know! He’s a handsome fellow! Also, holy cow that tail. Definitely cockerel.
He definitely isI know! He’s a handsome fellow!
If you don't mind me asking, what color was your chick as a day old? We have a solid black, very dark legged EE pullet who is growing in some very dark walnut wing feathers, I've never seen one quite like her & I'm trying to guess how she'll feather out. She's from Meyer hatchery.Cockerel. I've also heard that most white easter eggers are male. Heres my pullet for example. Shes 7 weeks and still very small 1 row comb.
Gorgeous Cockerel you've got thereI assume cockerel, but thought I would check in to get feedback. 6.5 week old Easter Egger. From what I have read, it seems most black & white Easter Eggers are male. Comb appears to have 3 rows. All signs point to...? My guess is cockerel.
