Hello! The young bird is about 5 weeks old and then the same bird older at 14 weeks. Is this cockerel or pullet?

thats what I was thinking too but with everyone saying pullet I was kinda starting to doubtCockerel. He has two barring genes, and his comb/wattles development is far too much for a pullet that age.
