Cockerel or pullet

Hi!! This chicken is 4 months old. The seller told me 2 months ago that it was a pullet, but I don’t know whether I should still believe her (and I am very much in denial). Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Cockerel, saddle feathers look pointed to me, but im a newbie to chickens, so I may be wrong.

Agreed. You can see the decorative copper saddle feathers coming in, right before the tail. Very stunning gentleman! I hope you'll consider keeping him?

Ah no! I was really worried she would be a he. Great personality but unfortunately the neighbors do not allow me to have a roo. I thought maybe because of the relatively small comb and no crowing yet that it could still be a hen.

Contact the seller and see if you can get a refund or at least take the cockerel back. Otherwise you're going to have to either eat him or look for a new home.
