Cockerel or Pullet?

Hi, I'm new here and also new to owning chickens! We were given two bantams as the lady said, and I was wondering the gender of the two. We were told they were both females, and we still hope so! Sorry the pictures are low-quality, taken on my phone. They are 4-5 weeks old. Black/golden one is named Pattie, all black one is Blackie. Thanks!

Pattie is 99.99% pullet, Blackie is 100% rooster...
