Cockerel or Pullet?

Hi, I got this as a pullet 3 1/2 months ago and she was around 10-12 weeks old then.
To me she seems to have quite a big comb and wattles for a hen.
What are your thoughts? Rooster or hen?

Looks like a hen to me. I'd keep an eye out for eggs because she's probably due any day now

If she's 6 months old I am pretty sure she's a she (I am no expert, I don't have any Roos). By that age I am pretty sure if it was a roo the comb and wattles would be bigger and he would also have longer tail feathers that curl around. Her's are short and stand up in that triangle shape.

That's absolutely a hen at point of lay. In fact, at six months old she's a bit late to be laying her first egg.
