Cockerel?

I have two pekin bantam chicks and one is 4 weeks and the other is 3.
I am not a 100% sure if the smaller grey one is a hen.
I would much appreciate it if someone could try and sex the younger one.

You mention the ages, and that one is smaller, but don't quite make it clear which one is younger.

The grey one looks male to me. That's a fairly large and colored crest and the wing/feathering development looks male too though it's not a guarantee. The other looks like it may be male too. But I'd need a clearer pic to be sure.

Sorry I didn't make myself clearer, it was the the small grey one which is younger. I also got some clearer photos
