Cockerels or Hens

These chicks are 3 weeks old. I'm pretty sure the first one is a cockerel Mottled Java. The chick is pretty dominant and acts different than the others. The second one is a Black Langshan and acts like the others but is slower to feather out. Thank you for the help. I will post followe up pictures if we need to wait a few weeks

That is what I am thinking too. Guess I'll wait to know for sure before we rehome them.
