here is another of the black one a few weeks ago.

Those long thin draping feathers near the tail are male specific saddle feathers

I'm not 100% positive about the black one, it might have male saddle feathers also. But I honestly can't be sure.

Females have short and rounded saddle feathers that form a cushion. Males are long with pointed tips and drape over the back. They both look male. Also, feather footing is more pronounced in males and these guys have 'really' pronounced foot feathers.
