Cockroaches!!!!

combat makes a past in a sirange (sp) like tube, just put some in the bathroom, kitchen, behind pix, under microwave, under toaster, any place you can think of, Thats what the bug man used when I managed apts. I also saw one in my bathroom a few weeks ago, got a tube of the stuff and haven't seen one since. marrie

Oh no, that is what dustpans are for. Or shovels.

Edited to add...go out to the coop, and grab a hen. Carry her in, set her within chicken viewing distance of the maimed roach. She'll thank you for her snack.

My stupid dustpan is plastic. The roach would have laughed at me.

Good idea on the chicken. My little girl was so freaked, I don't know if I could have slipped away and gotten one though! I don't like taking her outside with me after dark because it's impossible to tell when illegals will be in the yard. Maybe I should keep a roost by the back door!

Of the things I'm allergic to, cats are #1. I'd die before the roaches!! I'm going to sprinkle the DE/borax along the walls and along the perimeter of the cupboards. I vacuum frequently, too, as I have little ones that seem to leave food everywhere, which brings in ANTS. Why haven't the ants cleaned out the recliner?

FOOD GRADE, not pool filter type.

Why BEFORE summer has started?

And what on earth is petsafe antifreeze?

Guess I'm going to the store today. Combat syringe.

Does anyone have an easy mess-free method of lining the interior perimeter with DE or borax?

I will send my DH right over! Anytime he even thinks he saw a roach he will pull everything out of drawers, cabinets, couches, and search every spot and spray poison until he feels safe enough to live inside! I hate spiders, he hates roaches LOL And I don't know what poison he uses...he isn't home just yet...some kind of concentrated stuff...

Best way to rid of roaches is to leave them with NO Food, Water, or Shelter. Clean the house really good, leave no crumbs, wipe the sink and counters dry after using and keep all cracks caulked shut!
