Hi All, I have got an eco-finca in Panama. My plan is to get eggs first and then get chickens for meat fed on coconut and milk. In France they have chickens (like Poulet de Bresse) that have such a wonder full texture and taste. Here in Panama I will try to get them fed on purely local produce and free range them.
ANy help in any of these directions would be useful.
