Good morning people,
I hope this finds everyone doing well and getting ready for their weekend. Looks like we are in for a pile of rain here. Predictions are 3/4 - 1". We need it.

Making and canning more apple sauce Sunday. The family is gathering here next weekend, so thoughts of a meal have started.

We have been getting string beans from the raised beds the last week or so. A whole pile more to pick and freeze next week. Tomatoes are just about done, except for the green ones. I have to figure out what to do with them.

Have you noticed the AD on here for Ellen and Dr. Oz. ??

Clearly BYC should be a little more choosey about who advertises on here. Ellen didn't look that good when she WAS 25. I'm not sure it's even her.

Not getting the ads - thankfully. Got in a bit of trouble this AM - Princess went to a field trial with me, and I woke 'us' up earlier than necessary. "Umm, hon, you don't need to hurry. We got up a bit earlier than necessary."

Well now for a great prank, I designed a Gift Certificate to "New Comer Funeral Home" and gave it to a friend for his 70th.

They're still talking about it.


For another friend, who is a Doctor in Chemistry, I gave a T shirt that said , "Your village called, Their idiot is missing".

However I never look for Ellen or Dr. Oz.

rbgrbill, I am sorry for your trouble, but please don't get us talking about incontinence.

I do believe there are somethings BYC should leave off it's advertising hits. I will be glad however if everyone else can not see the ads I get hit with. Lord knows there is little privacy anymore. Not to mention modesty and dignity. See now you made me mention them.
