Cold birds

I live in Ohio. It was raining. The birds were out. They could have gone in the coop but they did not. The temperature dropped now they are wet with some ice on wings. I put a heat lamp on. Suggestions?

Turn off the heat lamp. Wipe them off with a dry towel.
They'll be fine.
