So there is one egg left in the incubator the others hatched early hours of the mornin , now the egg is cold to touch has the baby died ? Can't see any movement and there is no cracks in the shell

The embryo most likely died. Sorry. You could continue to try to incubate, development ceases when the egg is not incubated, but can continue when re-incubated. Just leave it in the incubator, and see what happens.
