Cold puppy won't eat HELP

I stick them in my bra to warm them up.

I actually had him in my bra for a while but his body just wouldn't shake the cold, I found a vet on call and am waiting to hear back from them. Thats a good idea about karo I keep it on hand for baking

Do not force the puppy to eat milk or milk replacer until the core temperature is back to normal. Pedia lyte or electrolytes are okay. Serious problems can happen in the digestive system if a chilled pup is forced to eat. What sort of a heat source is available to the b*tch and other pups. Pups that young can not regulate their body temperature and generally need external heat .

Yes, carefully warm the puppy, try warm water or pedialyte, and when he's warmed up, then puppy formula. Carefully. Hope things go better, but it's true that every puppy won't live, for many reasons. Keep mama with her healthy puppies! Mary

I wouldn't recommend tube feeding unless you know what you are doing and have done it before! Too easy to cause aspiration (fluid into the lungs) and a miserable death. Better to try to get it to bottle feed or take to emergency vet~
