Is there a general idea of the temperature range when cold tolerant breeds becomes the better idea?
I know I need them here, but I'm planning a move to WNC and that feels like a gray zone to me, but I'm thinking I'd be fairly unlimited with maybe a couple exceptions. Am I wrong about that? I have panel heater I can use(probably need anyway for the old ladies), but wanting a better idea of the effects of the temps in that area.
