Cold Weather Integration issue?

Late to the game here

All is going well now. They are roosting together inside to coop. I had to manually place them on the indoor roosting bars for a few nights, but now they've got it figured out with no conflict.
The roost in the run is at roughly the same elevation as the roost in the coop, if measured from the ground. The indoor roost doesn't appear as high, as the coop is elevated between 2 and 3 feet (not on level ground). The coop has area underneath for the pullets to use in addition to the run space. I'm trying to finish up a coop build article to post.
