Cold winters

My two ducks are fully grown and have been laying eggs for a few weeks. It recently has gotten very cold, up to freezing temperatures. Will my two ducks be fine in the cold? I have been bringing them inside because I don't know what two ducks will be able to handle.

Most duck breeds are extremely cold hardy.

I have one black swedish and one pekin.

Our ducks have a winterized house inside a closed pen that they go in each night. There is a 100 watt lightbulb in the center that is on all the time now that it's cold. It keeps them toasty warm. You have to give them a place to get their feet off the cold ground and a warm spot out of the wind.

Ducks are fine in the cold....Straw down to keep them off the cold ground...Warm bedding in their house....It is wind Ducks do not like....The only time I bring my Ducks into the garage and under a heat lamp is when the temps drop bellow -24 Celsius.......
