Collecting Eggs after being layed (did I spell that right? Is it laid?)

When u start getting eggs and lots of them, it is a good idea to wright the date it was collected so you can use the older ones first.ect

It doesn't hurt to write the date, but unless you are getting LOTS of eggs you will probably not have to worry about dating them. Eggs can keep for quite a long time. If in doubt, date your carton/box with the date of the 1st egg - Sue
