collecting eggs from setting hen

I have 3 jersey giant hens in the same pen & one of them has started setting. I dont need any chicks right now so i'm not trying to hatch any eggs. the problem is with 3 diffrent nest they all still use the same one. I collect the eggs daily so they are only under the hen for 4 to 8 hours tops. Are these eggs still good for eating or are they best thrown away. I feel they should be ok just thought I would throw it out there and see if I need to move her till the mood passes. Thanks

Those eggs are fine to eat whether they are fertilized or not.
