collecting eggs

is it ok to collect the eggs at night . iwork until 6pm . and how soon should you put them in fridge

When it's hot out I have to collect several time daily, because it's so humid here, too. Depends upon where you are and what your climate is.

Some folks never refrigerate their eggs, they just use them. I refrigerate them, because I sell them, but an overnight without refrigeration is no big deal.

I try to collect mine every day, but sometimes I am just too lazy. But, yes, I always collect them at night, sometimes after dark.

I collect eggs several times a day when I am here, but when I am gone working all day I collect when I get home.

Mine sit on the counter in a egg flat.
eggs just last longer in the fridge.

we keep ours in a cute basket on the counter. i think they're fine at room temperature for a few days or more. seems like they're always et up or given away before too long!
