Collecting eggs

I am new to this chicken thing. How long can I go inbetween collecting eating eggs. Gone a lot on weekends.

Some people don't refrigerate their eating eggs at all. The longer eggs are in the nest the more chance one can be broken etc which can lead to egg eating, you might want to consider roll-away nests if you won't be able to collect regularly.
