Collecting & incubating question

How long can we collect eggs before we put them in the incubator? Do we need to do anything special before we incubate them? We are trying to get young before winter & sell the older birds. Thank you.
 
Keep them for up to about 10 days before you incubate.

If stored in egg cartons they need to be pointy end down.

Some folk turn them twice a day, but I never do and have good hatch rates,
