better pics later the bird to the far left is moon i think that it might be a cockerel but, how long does it take for their saddle feathers to come in

it's hakles have been getting very shiny and longer litterally the day i made arrangements with a breeder to get a pair of blue show quality cochins for breeding is when i noticed.
