Color, breed, age and gender ?

Agree it is too young, only between one and two weeks. At three to four weeks, post close ups of its face including comb and any wattles and It might be possible to determine gender. Should be able to tell colour then as well.
 
After some research, i found that it looks same as partridge rock. Am i right?

who knows? at this age, as others have stated, its too young to know for sure. The markings on the feathers are the same markings that young RIRs have, same as NH Reds, Buckeyes (But different comb)... any other red birds. All anybody can tell you is that this is probably a red bird.
Where did you get the bird? that's going to have a factor on what it could be as well...
