Color changing Pea... male or female?

Meet Lilo the color changing Purple BS Pied (silver pie?) Trying to figure out if Lilo is male or female. the dark spots on the neck keep getting darker but the chest is all white, tail is pointy not rounded like my purple hen. Born at the end of August. Thanks in advance!

Not great with pea fowl but my guess would be male
