i have some silkies from cackle. buff is my new favorite color. is there such thing as a Buff/splash ?? i have a buff chick that has lots of black on its fully feathered wings. just wondering if its possible

Getting black out of the wings and tails of buffs is part of every buff breeder's goal. Splash buff would be if the buff also carrried two copies of blue, and you would see splash, not black colour in the wings and tail.

ok so what color is splash?? im still learning so bear with me.. i have a blue silkie that has black all over its wings and body

so the buff silkies with the black, i shouldnt breed them right?? if its undesirable? or jsut breed them to a buff roo that has no black? they have awesome leg feathering... they are only 4 weeks old at the moment tho
