Color help?

Not sure if this is the place to ask but I figured I would try! I have this three week old Cochin cockerel that has me stumped color-wise. I thought it was a standard buff but it looking barred now that the feathers are coming in..... does anyone have any thoughts if it is barring or just baby feathers?

He was a chick I hatched from shipped eggs from Ferrelfarms. I don't know if they have barred cochins or not, this was just a mix colored frizzle set of eggs. I am really hoping he is barred but I just very recently found out that there was such a thing as a non black barred chicken lol

So I reached out to the breeder and she does have a Lemon Cuckoo rooster..... so maybe? I can't wait to find out!
