Color Indexes

I have one tux hen. In my last hatch, I had 14 out of 115 hatch that were white. I collect for 6/7 days when im collecting for myself. From time to time, I will get more than one egg a day from some hens randomly. I think it has to do with the lighting.

The pen with the tux is 3 hens and 1 roo. The roo is the wild brown. There is only one hen that is a tux.

Total I have 24 roos and about 80 hens. They are penned 3 to 4 hens per pen. Id really like to have more hens per pen but due to pen size, I can't.

If you really want to know where the whites come from I'd mark the eggs from each pen. that way you can see if the whites are coming from a specific pen/covey
Your tux is most likely one to hatch the odd whites/colors. But you might also have another that carries white/colored genes rather then the standard wild color.

Yes my guess , the tux is mated with a bird split white.....seperate her eggs, bet that where the whites are from.
Oh normal size A&M are english whites....A&M are larger birds so they say??
