Color of Waddles

I have 4 RIR hens that are about 20 weeks old and all of them have very light red waddles.
They are not bright red like I see in pictures. Does this mean they are not well? They act fine and do not show ant sign they are sick. Maybe just have not matured enough yet? Is there any need to be concerned?

Most you see are probably laying hens, which tend to get brighter red waddles, your girls wattles will be pale until they show signs of starting to lay (when they are gonna start laying typically they start turning that red)

Pale waddles and combs in a pullet are normal, they change to bright red when they start laying, after they start , pale can mean they are preparing to molt or are sick
