The feed store in Elizabeth usually has a great selection. I think there is a sister store in Franktown. Peyton Big R critter swap is Saturday. Most any feed store will order them in if you ask.

Kiowa County Corner got a delivery of barred ones the week of the 8th. Not sure if they have any left. Scheduled to get brown ones the week of the 29th. If you call ahead they will reserve some for you. Don't know if you want to go that far out. Here's the link for all the dates and breeds they are suppose to get.

They used to have another store in Elizabeth but it closed last year (that's why the website says Elizabeth).

Another successful dumpster dive. 175# of multigrain Os. Left another 50# behind. Wasn't in the mood for the diving part. Set a personal record with 25 eggs today out of 27 hens.

Holy moly! What a grand haul that is!
Your gals will love that. I did lol at them perhaps getting the odd one on a toe like a ring.

I had some stale plain cheerios and my gals made short work of them.....thinking it may take a bit longer for that many O's though.
