They can drown when the humidity is too high for too long. What were your humidity levels before lockdown? If you were doing a dry hatch, bring it down to about 65. That's where I keep mine. I'm assuming you are doing a wet incubation, which is why 75 is the sweet zone.![]()

OK, thanks!They told me that they order from a variety of hatcheries. I know some of my babies came from Cackle, but forgot to ask when I got the other ones where they came from.

Thank goodness my birds are red or I would never find them. and thank goodness for the forsight of getting an enclosed run.

So ready for some cooler weather. Wish it was highs in the mid 60*s. Have to wait til the end of January to mid February for that.
