Yikes, my fridge is full of eggs! I'll never miss my spinning group in Boulder again, they buy up all of my eggs so I don't usually have this problem








that's 14 dozen for sale, and about 4 dozen little/ugly eggs for us in the bowl, and there were about a dozen with hairline cracks that we give to the chickens. There's a dozen goose eggs for eating too. I know what our protein source is for the next month! I think I need to buy another fridge before spring gets here.

I just made an interesting breakfast for my girls,
oatmeal
one package of sugar cookie mix
1 cup of raisins
16 egg shells blended in the blender

served warm... they like it

Roughly 25 layers, I'd have to go count them to be 100% sure. We get about a dozen a day right now.

I love the blue cartons. I ran out of the ones that friends and family give me and don't get many returned so I had to order some.
