Just joining the ranks. The chicks come in a few weeks so Im sure I will be hitting up this section to try and get a better idea of what to expect for CO care! As a weird side note anyone know a local..ish breeder to get New Zealand white rabbits?

Sorry, I don't know anyone that sells rabbits. Are looking to raise them for meat? I hear they are very good for that. I've never had rabbit. My dad is very allergic so I'm afraid to try it.

Welcome! The only rabbits I see are on CL and there always seems to be different breeds listed. There is a rabbit section on backyardherds.com FYI
 
Try farther North. Ft Collins maybe. I have seen a lot of meat rabbits, even Silver Fox. I will keep a lookout in my hay search.
