Colorado

I live in Thornton and Wardle Feed Supply in Wheat Ridge is pretty close to me and sometimes has pullets as well. I'll have to check with them if I'm not able to find anything. Better check all my birds for mites as well.

Thank you for those links, that exactly what I'm looking for!

Now I just need to decide if I want to save myself the drive up to Fort Collins and just cull these guys this weekend like I had planned already. I don't necessarily want to, but I told my family that if we're going to do the chicken thing, we're going to get the full experience.

They have a FB group. Northern Colorado critter swap. I think they are shooting themselves in the foot by doing swaps 3x a month. They've only been around a few months.
You're only going to get $5-8 for a cockerel so i'd take the $5 and be done with it.
I have 40 pullets between 8-16 weeks for sale but I'm in Boulder .

WooHoo, got my first eggs this morning. Only got two, but excited. Are the first eggs pretty small? They're about the size of a racquet ball. Would giving them oyster shells boost the size of the eggs?

That's a tangerine

3 RIR's and 2 Buckeye's. Not sure who laid them. They were in different areas in the coop, so I'm assuming two different birds. Also had saw two connected soft eggs that were broken. Oh, and they are about 4 months old.
