I also have some brand new supplies I've never used that I will try and fit in the SUV and bring to the swap if anyone is interested:

1 - 4 gal water poly durafont
1 - 3 ft galvanized trough feeder with spinner bar across top
1 - box of 25 numbered green leg bands (#1 - 25)

I also have 2 - 10 lb sealed and unopened bags of medicated chick starter left, as everyone has now been weaned off of it. Can anyone use it?

I wish I could go up with you all, sounds like it'd be a great time. But I just know I'd come home with some little cute fuzzy that I surely can't have

LOL...my husband would kill me if I came home with extra animals. We just had the "no more animals" talk yesterday. I agreed with no more INSIDE animals. Other than that I am not making any promises!

Great idea - bringing a camera! I'm going to set mine out so I don't forget it.

Matt, I'll bring the legbands for you. I forgot to mention - they are size 9 bandettes, which is recommended for bantam Cochins, among other breeds. They are wide celluloid spiral - no tools necessary. You can have them for $5.00.

Just sold 1/2 the birds I was planning on bringing tomorrow, including the all the Mille Fleurs and Columbians, but I will still be bringing a couple of Golden Laced pullets, and some B/B/S Blues (split to Golden Laced).

I have about 6 or so RIR large fowl cockerels, single and rose combed, as well as about 15 silkie cockerels, different ages different colors, buffs whites, blacks. Some are pet quality to me, others could be pretty nice. Also 4 pet quality silkie pullets 2 black and 2 buff, $15 each. My husband should be there first thing in AM at around 7am, black silverado truck, maroon camper top on back. I would rather some of the nice ones go to good homes than food. All roosters are $10, negotiable. All birds under a year old.

Just tell my hubby that your from Backyard Chickens. Most of the silkies are posted on my website for sale page.

Just came home from the swap. What fun! We left with a beautiful golden-laced cochin (thank you, Coopa Cabana!!) and a little red frizzled cochin. We also couldn't resist a sweet little pet white silkie, who was free--the guy put her in my daughter's arms and the hen promptly fell asleep, so what could I do?! She is (against orders from me) mingling with our other two white silkies very nicely! Although I told my girl she had to put the new ones back in the quarantine zone. Well, I have been signed up here for two days now, and I already have to update my signature to include new birds! I see how you people are....
